Company Policies

Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via the online booking system.

  • A consultation form be completed prior to your appointment to confirm suitability and safety of services.

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled if the consultation form is not completed within the requested timeframe.

  • Appointments are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email.

  • Bromé Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings where policies are not followed or information is withheld.

Booking Fee

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

  • The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your appointment.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

  • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, reschedules, or changes of mind.

  • The booking fee covers reserved time, preparation, and administration.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • All rescheduling must be completed via the website booking system.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of the booking fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Client Late Arrivals

  • Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time.

  • Arrival more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments.

  • Arrival more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of the appointment.

  • Late arrivals are treated as no-shows where the service cannot be completed.

  • Full payment remains due for missed or significantly reduced appointments.

Practitioner Delays

  • Every effort is made to arrive on time; however, delays may occur due to travel conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delays of up to 10 minutes will not impact your service.

  • Delays exceeding 10 minutes will be communicated as soon as possible.

  • In the event of a delay over 10 minutes, clients may choose to proceed with the appointment or reschedule via the website.

  • Rescheduled appointments due to practitioner delay will incur no additional charge.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of nail and beauty services, no refunds are offered once a service has been completed.

  • Dissatisfaction must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment.

  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind or personal preference.

  • Where appropriate, issues may be assessed at Bromé Studio’s discretion.

  • Any remedial work offered is not guaranteed and is subject to policy terms.

Service Guarantee & Maintenance

  • Service longevity varies depending on lifestyle, aftercare, and natural nail condition.

  • Bromé Studio is not responsible for breakages, lifting, or damage caused by misuse or external factors.

  • Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided.

  • Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment.

  • Repairs or adjustments are not offered after 48 hours and will be chargeable if accepted.

Health, Safety & Hygiene

  • Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, infections, or injuries prior to treatment.

  • Services cannot be carried out on nails showing signs of infection, fungus, or open wounds.

  • Bromé Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

  • Failure to disclose relevant information may result in refusal of future bookings.

  • All tools and equipment are sanitised to professional standards.

Mobile Appointments

  • A clean, well-lit, and safe working area must be provided.

  • Pets must be kept away from the working area for the duration of the appointment.

  • Adequate chairs and access to power must be available.

  • Parking, access restrictions, or charges must be disclosed in advance.

  • Unsafe or unsuitable environments may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.

Children & Guests

  • Children must be supervised at all times during appointments.

  • Bromé Studio is not responsible for accidents involving children or guests.

  • Appointments may be paused or cancelled if safety is compromised.

  • Additional guests should be agreed in advance.

  • Disruptive behaviour may result in termination of the appointment.

Payments

  • Full payment is due on the day of the appointment.

  • Accepted payment methods are outlined at booking.

  • Failure to make payment will result in refusal of future bookings.

  • Outstanding balances must be settled before any new appointment is made.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers must be presented at the time of the appointment.

  • Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

  • Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

Right to refuse service

  • Bromé Studio reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

  • This includes abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour.

  • Services will not be carried out on intoxicated clients.

  • Poor hygiene or unsafe conditions may result in refusal of service.

  • Refusal of service does not entitle the client to a refund.

Privacy Policy

  • Client information is collected solely for booking and service delivery.

  • Information is stored securely in line with GDPR regulations.

  • Client data is never shared without consent.

  • Consultation forms are confidential.

  • Clients may request access to their data at any time.

Policy Updates

  • Bromé Studio reserves the right to amend policies at any time.

  • Updated policies take effect immediately upon publication.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing policies before booking.

  • Continued bookings constitute acceptance of updated policies.

  • The most current version will always be available on the website.
